Step One – Download the files above. The first file is the workbook as I envisioned it. The second is a toner-friendly version.

Step Two – Print out your favourite version. Print out the version below, Toner friendly, if you are short on colour toner or toner conscious.

Step Three – Put the workbook together, staples, binder or paper clip all work well.

Step Four – Follow along and write in your very own workbook.
